JACOB M. HOROWITZ

Jay's passions are efficiency and client satisfaction.  These remain the guiding principles in the work he does for all of his clients, from the start-ups to the international conglomerates.  The goals are simple: get it done, get it done right, and collaborate closely with the client.  Many of Jay's client relationships go back well over a decade, because his clients know that they have an experienced, talented and efficient attorney they can count on.  Jay graduated from Georgetown Law in 2007 and spent the next fourteen years developing his corporate practice in a law firm setting, prior to forming his own firm in 2021.

Jay's personal passions are his family and his community.  Efficiency is important in those relationships as well, but that requires an entirely different set of skills.
